Netra Basti is a traditional Ayurvedic eye-care therapy in which a specially prepared dough ring is placed gently around the eyes and a suitable warm preparation is retained within the enclosure. The treatment is traditionally used as a soothing and nourishing wellness practice for the delicate area around the eyes.
At Aadi Yoga Center in Phuket, our 45-minute Netra Basti session is conducted by experienced practitioners in a calm and comfortable setting. The session begins with appropriate preparation and a practitioner assessment before the treatment, with attention given to individual comfort and suitability.
Netra Basti can be included in an Ayurvedic wellness routine for people who experience everyday visual fatigue, dryness, or tiredness associated with prolonged screen use. The warm, restful treatment provides an opportunity to relax the eyes and mind while experiencing a traditional Ayurvedic practice.

WHAT TO EXPECT
