A Vision Inspired by Wellness

Every meaningful wellness space starts with a vision.

For Khun Boom, that vision was never just about opening another yoga studio. She imagined building a sanctuary where people from different countries, backgrounds, and walks of life could reconnect with themselves through genuine yoga, mindful living, and holistic wellness.

As the Co-Founder of Aadi Yoga Center & Wellness, Khun Boom has played a key role in shaping the philosophy, ambiance, and guest experience that define Aadi Yoga Center today. Every detail—from the warm environment and wellness programs to community events and retreats—reflects her belief that true wellbeing comes from kindness, consistency, and genuine human connection.

Her vision continues to guide Aadi Yoga Center as more than just a yoga destination. It is a place where people come to slow down, heal, learn, and begin a healthier way of living.

Rooted in Traditional Ashtanga Yoga

Khun Boom’s personal yoga journey has been shaped through years of committed practice and steady discipline. An advanced Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, she travelled to Mysore, India, the birthplace of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, where she had the opportunity to practise under the guidance of Paramaguru Sharath Jois. This experience deepened not only her physical practice but also her understanding of yoga as a lifelong path of self-discovery. The traditional Mysore method taught her that yoga is not measured by challenging postures or outward achievements. Instead, it is built through patience, humility, breath, consistency, and daily practice. These values continue to shape the culture of Aadi Yoga Center & Wellness, where every guest—whether a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner—is welcomed with the same respect, encouragement, and personal attention.

The Story Behind Aadi Yoga Center

The name Aadi represents the life that Khun Boom hopes every guest can experience—a life of balance, vitality, inner peace, and true wellbeing.

Inspired by the timeless wisdom of yoga and the warmth of Thai hospitality, she envisioned a wellness destination where traditional Indian healing practices could seamlessly blend with modern lifestyles.

Today, Aadi Yoga Center & Wellness brings together yoga, Pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, Panchakarma, sound healing, retreats, mindful movement, and community experiences into one complete wellness journey.

For Khun Boom, wellness is not something kept for holidays or special occasions. It is something that can be practiced every day through small, conscious choices that nourish both body and mind.

Building a Community Through Wellness

Beyond the yoga mat, Khun Boom is passionate about building meaningful experiences that bring people together. She actively leads the planning and coordination of wellness events, community gatherings, charity initiatives, running activities, and collaborative programs aimed at encouraging healthier lifestyles and deeper human connections. Her belief is simple: When people feel healthier within themselves, they naturally build healthier families, stronger communities, and a kinder world. This philosophy has become one of the core principles behind Aadi Yoga Center & Wellness.

A Bridge Between Thailand and India

One of Khun Boom’s greatest contributions to Aadi Yoga Center is her ability to beautifully bridge two rich wellness traditions. By blending the timeless teachings of Indian yoga with the warmth, hospitality, and caring spirit of Thai culture, she has helped build an environment where guests from around the world feel instantly welcome. This blend of tradition and modern hospitality has become one of Aadi Yoga Center’s defining characteristics.

Her Philosophy

Khun Boom believes that wellness should never feel intimidating.

You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need prior yoga experience.
You do not need to change who you are before you start.

You simply need to take the first step.
Whether someone attends a yoga class, receives an Ayurvedic therapy, experiences sound healing, or joins a wellness retreat, her hope is that every guest leaves Aadi Yoga Center feeling calmer, stronger, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

A Message from Khun Boom

“Aadi Yoga Center was created from a simple belief—that everyone deserves a place where they can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Whether you come for one yoga class, a healing therapy, or a full wellness retreat, I hope you leave carrying something more valuable than a memory. I hope you leave with a healthier body, a calmer mind, and the confidence to continue your wellness journey long after you return home.

Our doors are always open, and we look forward to welcoming you to our Aadi Yoga Center family.”
